When you see fringed clothes, what comes to your mind? Native American garments? The 1920s Flapper period? Maybe hippies and rock and roll music. Fringe has been part of clothing design over many decades. It looks as if it's resurfacing again in fashion, and has refreshing new ways of being incorporated into the clothes and accessories we wear.
